A downloadable game
Following an explosion that destroyed your ship, you are trapped in a tiny escape pod hurtling through space. All alone, your only company is a faceless, nameless voice on the craft's intercom. Who are you? How did you get here? You will shape the story as you play, moving through multiple story paths based on your responses.
Vacuum is a quick-to-play interactive fiction game for the PlayDate console. Each playthrough takes only a couple of minutes to explore, but there are multiple stories (and mysteries) to discover.
This game uses the D-pad to move, interact with objects and navigate menus; and the A button to make dialogue choices. The crank can optionally be used to select menu options.
We believe this game is suitable for everyone, but lightly addresses some sinister themes.

Install instructions
Download the .zip file and upload it to the "Sideload" page on your Play.Date account. You can then download and install it onto your PlayDate console.

Brilliant game.
Immersive, scary and peaceful all at the same time. Amazing writing and design throughout.
Fantastic job immersing us into the story. It felt nice to have a soul on the other side of that radio. Started the adventure with dread, but eventually accepted my fate and enjoyed how beautiful and silent space can be.
